Enhanced Access is the name for the extra evening and weekend appointments provided for patients of Brunton Park Health Centre, and our neighbouring practices in North Gosforth.
Your Appointment
You have been scheduled for an appointment at our Enhanced Access Hub, located at Broadway Medical Centre.
On arrival, please speak to the Receptionist on duty, who will check you in for your appointment.
You will be called through when your clinician is ready to see you.
There is a waiting room and toilet facilities.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, please do so as early as possible so the slot can be made available to another patient.
During our standard opening hours (8:00 am to 6:00 pm) please call us directly on 0191 236 3338 to cancel.
For last-minute cancellations when this practice is closed, call 07523 756159.

If you are driving to your appointment, please leave enough time to find a parking space and make your way to Broadway Medical Centre.
Please note there is limited on-site parking at Broadway Medical Centre, but you can park in the surrounding streets.
