Usually, I’ll be one of the first people you speak to when you call or visit the practice. As reception team members, we work to get patients the help they need as quickly as possible. We might ask about your issue so they can get you to the best person.  Alongside reception duties I also play a role in the administration of the practice. This frequently involves updating medical records and essential tasks like sending clinical and referral letters.
