Due to our system upgrade you will not be able to order your prescriptions from 19/02/25 until 10/03/25.  Please can you ensure you order enough regular medication to cover this period, using the online or telephone prescription services .

We have been advised the Patient Access App is not compatible with the new system. In preparation for this, we recommend that you download the NHS App or Airmid for future prescriptions.

Please note that online access will not be available from 17 February until mid March and Proxy Access will not be available from 17 February until further notice.
