As Senior Practice Nurse, my role covers the many and varied aspects of nursing in primary care, alongside supporting patients living with long term conditions as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
I started by career as a Health Care Assistant before training to be a RGN, where I qualified with BS (Hons). I worked as a community nurse for 11 years before moving into a GP practice. I went on to train as a Post Graduate Practice Nurse at De Montford University and gained my post graduate certificate in general practice nursing. I have been a GPN since 2019.
