Have your say – join our Patient Participation Group
We are always looking for volunteers to help make things better at the surgery.
Your feedback and ideas help us understand what is working well and where things could be made clearer or easier for patients.
Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a way for patients and the practice to work together. It is a small group that shares views and suggestions to help us make positive changes in how we communicate and how services are delivered.
You might be interested if you:
- visit the practice regularly for reviews or long-term conditions
- help support someone with ongoing health needs
- use online services or the NHS App and have ideas on how they could be improved
- have thoughts on how we communicate through letters, texts, or phone calls
- simply want to help make information and processes easier for all patients to understand
The group helps by:
- improving communication between patients and the practice
- sharing feedback and ideas with the practice team
- supporting health campaigns and patient information
- helping make letters, posters, leaflets, and messages clearer
- giving views on areas such as appointments, recalls, and patient support
Getting involved is flexible and does not take much time. You can take part in meetings or simply share your views in other ways.
If you are interested, please complete the form below or ask reception for an application form. We will normally contact members by email, so please include an email address if you have one.
