Community Peer Support Groups: Autumn Dates
Here are the upcoming dates and locations for the Community Peer Support Groups, run on behalf of our PCN by Mental Health Concern. All groups are free to attend.

| Coffee Hub | Meet new people for a chat and a free cuppa. | Kingston Park Tesco Community Room | Thursdays 27th October, 10th, 24th November | 1 pm – 2.30 pm |
| Walk & Talk Group | Slow and easy stroll in beautiful surroundings. Accessible for everyone. | Jesmond Dene Visitors Centre | Fridays 21st October, 4th, 18th November | 10 am – 12 pm |
